Here is our refund policy for our services in case of no offer letter received, visa decline, or change of mind
For English-Speaking Countries
We refund 100% of our fee to the student with no questions asked.
In case of a change of mind, we refund 50% of the fee.
For EU & Schengen Countries
We charge 10% of the total amount and refund 90% of our fees to the student.
In case of no university response, 100% fee is refunded.
In case of a change of mind, we refund 80% of the fee.
IELTS & Other Services
The fees we charge for IELTS and other services are totally non-refundable after our 3-day trial ends (for IELTS).

We create checklists, SOPs, portfolios, CVs, and other student documents for outstanding student profiling. A student application takes a long process (especially in the EU). Resources consumed in this process are taken as a small cut from the total refunded amount.
